Man Arrested on Suspicion of Lewd Acts, Exposing Himself to Teenage Girls

Fairfield, Calif - A man suspected of performing lewd acts and exposing himself to teenage girls, was arrested by Fairfield Police.

On Wednesday, April 26, 2017, at approximately 7:30 a.m., two 13-year-old girls were walking on Atlantic Avenue west of N. Texas Street near a city bus stop. As the girls walked past the bus stop, they saw an adult male inside the bus stop weather shelter.

His private parts were exposed, and they both saw him masturbating. The girls immediately left the area and went to a nearby school where they contacted a police officer who was already on the campus for an unrelated event.

They reported what they saw and provided the suspect's description and location. Several Officers responded to the scene and contacted 25-year-old Fairfield resident, Enrique Cisneros (picture above) at the bus stop. He matched the description provided by the girls.

As the Officers moved in to arrest Cisneros, he resisted. He briefly escaped and ran nearly a block and a half to the 2500 block of Orchid Drive where he attempted to climb over a fence into a backyard. A pursuing Officer used a Taser to subdue Cisneros, and then took him into custody.

Cisneros received treatment at Northbay Medical Center for minor injuries. Later Officers booked him into Solano County Jail for indecent exposure, creating a public nuisance, resisting, obstructing and delaying an officer in the performance of his duties, loitering with intent to commit a crime and a probation violation.

The suspect is currently on active probation for three crimes involving lewd acts in public. Detectives from the Police Departments' Investigations Bureau conducted a forensic search of Cisneros' cell phone and discovered video evidence that he had been recording himself performing similar lewd acts at various locations in Fairfield.
