Man Shot, Injured in Stockton Drive-by Shooting

A Stockton man was targeted in a drive-by shooting in Stockton.
At approximately 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 30 the victim was walking in the area of El Dorado and 8th streets in the Seaport District when a blue Ford Focus driven by an adult male approached him. One of the occupants of the car asked the victim if he was a gang bang member and he replied that he was not.
As the victim walked away, one of the occupants of the car fired two shots from a shotgun at the victim and was struck by pellets in the lower leg. The victim transported himself to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspects were described as three Hispanic males.
