Three suspect wanted for the murder at Lupita's Bar in Stockton have been taken into custody.

On the evening of Thursday, June 29, Stockton Police homicide detectives were conducting follow up at a residence in the 2100 block of S. Lincoln Street in regards to the the double murder.  

As a result of the follow-up, Carlos Hernandez, a 20 year old man, was arrested for the homicide. Two other suspects, Angie Torres, a 22-year old woman, and Juan Lopez, a 22-year old man, were both arrested for accessory.

In the early morning hours of Tuesday, June 27 Stockton Police officers responded to a report of a shooting at Lupita's Bar on the 1800 block of West Charter Way. Upon arrival officers located two people outside a bar who had been shot.

A female victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by medical personnel and a male was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

The suspects are in custody at the San Joaquin County Jail.
