Homeless Men in Stockton Attacked, Seriously Injured With Bats and Chains


Two homeless men when where seriously injured in an early morning assault in Stockton.

Just before 6 a.m. on Saturday July 22 the two victims were asleep on the 7500 block of Pacific Avenue in the Lakeview District when they were approached by an unknown suspect. The suspect struck one of the victims causing a fracture, bruises and abrasions on his body.

The suspect then assaulted the other victim several times with a pole causing a compound fracture and other abrasions. After the attack, the suspect fled in a 1980s grey or tan sedan.

Both victims were taken to an area hospital for treatment. The suspect was described as a Black male adult, approximately 6' tall with a muscular build.
